You can share the documents you organise in Addmin in many ways. However, your account level may limit how you can share with others.
Share with another Addmin contact
This option assumes that your contact also has an account created on Addmin.
Add a contact
First, add your Addmin contact through their Addmin email (see below). You can select the type of sharing as read-only, or read with editing (see below)
Access to contact rights
Your contact then appears on the editing page. You can share the document with several contacts at the same time.
Read sharing does not allow editing of fields (name, type, date, etc.)
Sharing with reading and editing
Sharing with editing allows your contact to edit the document information, except for unavailable folders (currently). Note that tasks are also synchronized between accounts!
Sharing on mobile
Access the different sharing functions (middle) following the creation of the document (left) or from the documents section (right).
- Share with an Addmin contact (read only or read and edit)
- Share your document by e-mail: a download link will be created
- Copy the public access link: anyone with the link can access it
- Share to other apps: Whatsapp, Slack, Telegram, etc.
